Gustavo Rubén Velderrain Rodríguez is a recognized Doctor of Science, Specialist in the area of Plant-Based Food Technology. His experience has allowed him to approach concepts such as the Analysis of Antioxidants in Agroindustrial Residues and their appropriation for Functional Foods, as well as the Perdurability and Preservation of their Packaging.  

Parallel to the development of his career, he has contributed to the scientific and academic sector being the author of more than 30 articles on Agriculture and Natural Food, besides being an active participant in food and agribusiness magazines.
