You must attach your university degree and both sides of your official identity card to each training course you take.

You will not be able to continue with your training until these documents are uploaded and validated by a teacher. Documentation is validated within a maximum period of 24 hours.

Inside, you will be able to access messages and write in the 'new' box any message that you would like to send to the teacher, or submit any queries you would like to have resolved.

In order to access your training, it is important that you first validate your personal information and confirm that it is correct. You will then be presented with a screen that will prompt you to accept the regulations, which you must also accept. Once you accept it, you will be able to enjoy your training.
If you are unable to do so, it may be for two reasons:
- You have not completed 100% of the content.
- You have not completed the final questionnaire.
In order to receive your login details, you will need to pay the program fee through the secure payment gateway on this portal.
If necessary, an advisor can assist you throughout the registration process. To complete registration, the advisor will ask you for your personal information. You can request the support of a personal academic advisor by writing an e-mail to information@techtitute.com
In the event that the university allows deferred payment, you must comply with the conditions established by the university, and it will always be by credit card. You can consult your personal academic advisor about your case. If you do not have an advisor yet, you can request one at the following e-mail address information@techtitute.com
Under no circumstances should you make deposits or transfers to any checking account. TECH only uses secure payment systems. For the safety of its students, TECH does not store any financial data and always complies with current data protection regulations.
The course is not sold in parts, the deferred payment is only a service provided by TECH. The installment payment method requires the student to comply with each and every one of the committed payments, even if they have not completed the program or decide not to continue it, and they accept this when they enroll in any programs.
Once the evaluations have been passed, it is necessary that all fees have been paid in order to apply for the issuance of the diploma or degree for the program studied at the university.
Once the application has been made, you will be contacted by the apostille department to start the process. This procedure involves an additional cost, which will vary depending on the option chosen.
- Certificate apostille price: €238 without shipping costs
- Price of apostille pack s (degrees + certificate of grades + certificate of syllabus): €395.

What is RVOE?
The Recognition of Official Validity of Studies (RVOE) is a number granted by the Ministry of Public Education of the United Mexican States to higher education academic programs that have passed the quality requirements established by current educational regulations. This number appears on all TECH's commercial and promotional material, but you can check its authenticity on the following page: http://www.sep.gob.mx/es/sep1/Federales.
Is the entire program with RVOE 100% online?
That's right, wherever you are, you can connect to a computer and, with your username and password, access the content of the program you have enrolled in, access the lessons, contact the staff working at the institution and/or the professor in charge of the training program you are taking. It is important to mention that this online modality is authorized by the SEP in the corresponding RVOE Agreement, which implies that the teaching-learning process is carried out exclusively through an educational technology platform. In those cases in which it is necessary to perform a mandatory social service, the appropriate indications will be established for it to be carried out in person at the end of the academic program.
Do you have offices? Where and when do I submit the official documentation for registration?
TECH University currently operates in 120 countries in all continents, and has corporate offices in most of them. However, since the program is completely online, you will be able to submit digital copies of documents through the virtual campus by following the steps indicated in each type of program.
Are the RVOE programs offered by TECH Technological University officially valid in United States?
The studies with official recognition are recognized by the Mexican Ministry of Public Education, and therefore will be recognized as officially valid programs in your country through the existing Homologation process. The costs and response times will depend on the authorities in charge of the process.
In addition to taking the courses, is it necessary to write a thesis or take any other test in order to obtain the degree?
The thesis or final research paper is a requirement only if you are pursuing doctoral studies. For master's and bachelor's degrees, students only need to accredit all the modules that make up the program. Remember that, in the case of bachelor's degrees, according to official regulations, you must complete your social service in order to obtain your degree.
When I complete my studies, what kind of document will I receive?
After passing all the modules that make up the study plan in which you have enrolled and, if applicable, passing the degree requirements, you will obtain a total certificate of studies (whether bachelor's, master's or doctoral) that mentions the subjects taken and the grades obtained, as well as the bachelor's degree or master's or doctoral degree, duly stamped and validated. And, if necessary, the legalization and/or apostille of the documents issued by the SEP will be arranged. With these documents, you will be able to initiate the procedure established in your country to validate the completed program.
How much does it cost to obtain Degrees, Diplomas and other Certificates?
As is the case in all university institutions, the issuance of diplomas, degrees, transcripts and other official documents incurs a cost that must be paid by the student. This may change every year, and depends on the annual public fees for the issuance of documents, as well as the costs of printing, Hague apostille, administration of the whole process and other costs associated with the issuance of the documents.
Once the program is completed, you will need to contact information@techtitute.com to request your official documents, as well as to indicate whether they will need to be apostilled and if you want them to be sent as a physical document to your home address. The cost for recorded delivery must also be added, the price of which should be checked and will depend on the destination address. The prices for issuing official TECH certificates, degrees and diplomas for the year 2022 are as follows:
DOCTORATE (Ph.D.)
Official degree and transcript, without a Hague apostille: $227 USD.
Official degree and transcript, with a Hague apostille: $907 USD.

What are the main differences between programs with official recognition and programs for professional updating and continuing education?
The main difference is that the programs with official recognition are registered with the Educational Authority of the United Mexican States, and have passed the quality standards established by the regulations in force in that country. For this reason, this type of program grants a degree that can be validated in the different educational systems at an international level. The professional updating and continuing education programs are programs designed by the university itself according to the highest quality standards of the international academic panorama, and are aimed at students who are professionals and require specialized programs to keep up to date or improve their performance in their professional area. These have the same level of difficulty and quality as the officially recognized programs, and provide recognition of high professional value at an international level.
Recognition in the labor market
Programs with official recognition are often (not always) a requirement for employment in the civil service. In general, companies do not take into account whether the program is official or a continuing education program when hiring a professional, but rather the prestige of the program, its faculty, the University and the fact that it provides the graduate with the knowledge and skills required by the profile they are looking for.
Entry requirements for doctoral studies
In order to access a doctoral program it is necessary to fulfill a series of academic requirements. These requirements vary for each program and in each country, but in general it is necessary to have completed a master's degree program with official recognition in order to be able to enroll in a doctoral program. It is estimated that typically only 1 in 10,000 professionals show interest in this route.
Academic design: duration, entry requirements...
The professional updating and continuing education programs are fully adapted to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), as a quality standard of excellence. TECH applies evaluation processes and academic requirements to the syllabuses of these programs, in the same way as it does with programs with official validity of studies.
Calls for public employment
Programs with official validity are sometimes required to access some jobs advertised by public administrations. However, it depends on each position and the institution that offers it, to establish the access requirements. In the case of job openings at private institutions or companies or from foreign countries, again, the institution or company will be the one to establish the requirements. Especially in the private sector and at the international level, many calls for applications include both officially recognized programs and others considered to have international curricular recognition, such as the professional updating and continuing education programs offered at TECH Technological University.
University professors vs. industry professionals
As is the case at the undergraduate or doctoral level, most of the teaching in programs with official recognition is carried out by professors from the university that grants the certification. Professional updating programs, on the other hand, generally incorporate leading practising professionals from each sector into the teaching staff.
Practical orientation
The professional updating and continuing education programs are designed to provide a practical vision oriented to the professional reality. They incorporate professionals from the sector who provide the professional orientation demanded by the labor market. Programs with official recognition are aimed at young people who are seeking access to a job in the Public Administration that requires this degree (approximately 0.5% of the cases) or to achieve the academic level of a doctorate (0.01% of graduate students go on to study a doctorate).
Both the officially recognized programs as well as the professional updating and continuing education programs on this portal are endorsed by TECH Technological University, which designs the various studies in an academic manner and endorses them with its prestige. TECH is the world's largest online university. It is a leading institution in its sector, which provides quality, diversified, multidisciplinary and flexible teaching, adjusted to the needs of society and adapted to the new models of the world of knowledge.

In TECH programs, learning is not a linear process, but rather a spiral (we learn-unlearn (forget) and re-learn); therefore, they combine each of these elements in a concentric manner.
More than 500,000 students have been trained through the Re-learning® methodology, making this initiative an unprecedented success.
The overall score obtained by our learning system is 8.01, according to the highest international standards.

- Doctoral students must complete a thesis or final research paper as a prerequisite for graduation. For bachelor's and master's degrees it is only necessary to accredit all the modules that make up the program.
- Time and manner
The student has a period of up to three (3) calendar days from the receipt of the Confirmation of Enrollment e-mail to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the student must contact Tech, at informacion@techtitute.com, notifying of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement ("Notice of Withdrawal"). For this purpose, you may use the model withdrawal form attached as an Annex to these General Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, all you must do is to send the notice regarding your exercise of this right before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
In the case that the three (3) days have not passed, but the student has accessed the virtual campus, making use of their training. Tech will consider that the student has forfeited their right of withdrawal.
- Consequences of withdrawal
Upon receipt of a timely Notice of Withdrawal, Tech will acknowledge receipt of the Notice of Withdrawal in writing and a Tech agent will then contact the student to determine the reason for the withdrawal and confirm Tech's decision.
If the withdrawal decision is confirmed, Tech will refund all payments received to the student without undue delay and, in any case, no later than three (3) calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal decision is notified.
In this regard, the refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the student for the initial transaction, unless the student indicates otherwise, expressly detailing the means of payment through which they wish to be refunded. Tech will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.
Comments and suggestions are welcome. For these purposes, students may use the contact methods indicated in the first section of these General Terms and Conditions.
Tech also has official complaint forms available to students as an appendix to these General Conditions.
Likewise, you may send your complaints and claims through our contact channels or by e-mail, which will be dealt with by our customer service department as soon as possible and, if applicable, within the legally established period. Likewise, any complains and claims will be assigned an identification code that we will inform you of, which will allow you to monitor them.
If the student feels that their rights have been violated, they may direct their complaints to Tech through the e-mail address in order to request an out-of-court dispute resolution.

The student agrees to make proper and lawful use of the Virtual Campus in accordance with applicable law and these General Terms and Conditions. Consequently, the student declares that they will indemnify Tech and assume all liability for any breach of applicable law and/or these General Terms and Conditions and, in particular, for any damage caused to Tech or third parties as a result of their actions.

Consequently, it shall be understood that the Student that includes the referred material or content has the necessary authorization. Tech will inform the authorities of any illegitimate use of the Virtual Campus as soon as it becomes known.
Likewise, the student is responsible for ensuring that the data, comments, opinions, recommendations and/or evaluations, or texts of any kind sent to Tech through the Virtual Campus do not infringe the rights of third parties or violate the applicable legislation. Tech reserves the right to edit, reject or delete data, comments, opinions, recommendations, evaluations and texts of any kind referred to above.
The student will only be able to access the Virtual Campus through authorized means. Tech will not be liable in the event that the Student does not have Internet access, does not have a compatible device or has downloaded an incompatible browser version.

- Content Use: Tech provides all the contents of the Virtual Campus, under certain conditions, and in good faith, and will make its best efforts to ensure that they are permanently updated and current; however, Tech cannot assume any responsibility with respect to the use or access made by students outside the area to which it is addressed, the final responsibility for which will fall on the Student. Likewise, Tech will not be able to control the contents that have not been prepared by it or by third parties on its behalf and, therefore, will not be liable in any case for damages, contents and technical unavailability that may be caused by such third parties.
- Viruses: Tech is committed to implement all necessary measures to try to guarantee that the Virtual Campus is free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses and similar elements. - Information exchange: the Virtual Campus may contain certain areas designed to allow different students to share their experiences and to encourage the exchange of information. However, Tech only acts in these forums as a meeting place and does not control the comments made in them, and therefore assumes no responsibility for the veracity or relevance of the statements made in them by students.
- Tech also provides all the means at its disposal to carry out the purchase, payment and delivery process to guarantee the contracted service. However, it disclaims liability for causes not attributable to it, such as circumstances of force majeure or technical failures that prevent normal operation of the service through the Internet, lack of availability of the Website or the Virtual Campus for maintenance or other reasons, and damages caused, to itself or to a third party, by any person who violates the conditions, rules and instructions established by Tech or through the violation of security systems.
