Experience

Criminologist Aroa Arrufat Pijuan advocates the dissemination of criminological work and in making available to citizens the knowledge on crime from a multidisciplinary and transversal approach.

With this vision, she has practiced her profession as a Senior Research Technician at the Catalan Observatory of Justice in Gender Violence and has participated in research projects where, on the one hand, she promoted the incorporation of criminologists into the workplace, and on the other hand, she worked on the study of ethical discrimination in a multicultural society.

Thus, the passion for this profession led Aroa Arrufat Pijuan to be co-founder of the CriminologyFair Association, which seeks to give visibility to Criminology.
