Therefore, experts need specialized tools that allow them to recognize the diverse profiles of gifted students and design pedagogical strategies that are tailored to their cognitive, emotional, and social characteristics.

And since the best way to perfect these skills is through practice, TECH has designed a program consisting of a 120-hour Internship at a leading center in the field of High-Capacity Individuals and Inclusive Education. Over the course of 3 weeks, graduates will become part of a team of top-level specialists, with whom they will actively work on the identification, assessment, and educational intervention of High-Capacity students in inclusive contexts.
