Graduated as a Family and Community Nurse, María Luisa Cascales Pérez actively participates in Health Education programs in Primary Care. From these spaces, she disseminates good practices that can be useful to both patients and health personnel.  

He also studies Mindfulness meditation and has developed a research proposal on the use that medical care teams can make of this technique. Her research has been supported by the University of Alicante and the Official College of Nursing of the Region of Murcia.
