Dr. Ángela Rodríguez is an expert in high level sports. Her professional career is linked to handball, a sport where she played in the División de Honor and worked as a physical trainer in the División de Honor Plata Femenina.   

In addition, her passion for this sport led her to direct grassroots teams, training future talents in this discipline. Her link to this sport is still alive in the research field, since after obtaining her doctorate in Biomedicine, she developed studies related to the evaluation of strength in humans. A factor that predominates in the world of handball.
