Type of Programs
Programs with Recognition of Official Validity of Studies
Programs with Recognition of Official Validity of Studies are TECH Technological University programs that are registered with the Secretary of Public Education of the United States of Mexico. The graduate obtains an official diploma or degree, which can be recognized internationally through the corresponding administrative procedure in each country. The different types of officially recognized programs are as follows:
Bachelor’s Degree Undergraduate study program, with recognition of official validity of studies, in online format and a duration of 3 years and 4 months, leading to a Bachelor's Degree with widespread international recognition.
Master's Degree Postgraduate study program, with recognition of official validity of studies, in online format and a variable duration between eighteen months and two years (depending on the program), leading to a Master's Degree, with widespread international recognition. Depending on the field, it will be equivalent to Master of Science (MSc), Master of Arts (MA), Master of Education (Med), Master of Engineering (MEng), Master of Laws (ML), Master of Research (MRes), etc.
Doctorate (Ph.D.) Doctoral studies program, with official recognition of validity, in online format and a minimum duration of 23 months, consisting of a period of training and a period of research, as well as the presentation of a doctoral thesis, the completion of which leads to the award of a Doctorate (Ph.D.), with widespread international recognition.
What is RVOE? The Recognition of Official Validity of Studies (RVOE) is a number granted by the Ministry of Public Education of the United Mexican States to higher education academic programs that have passed the quality requirements established by current educational regulations. This number appears on all TECH's commercial and promotional material, but you can check its authenticity on the following page: http://www.sep.gob.mx/es/sep1/Federales.
Is the entire program with RVOE 100% online? That's right, wherever you are, you can connect to a computer and, with your username and password, access the content of the program you have enrolled in, access the lessons, contact the staff working at the institution and/or the professor in charge of the training program you are taking. It is important to mention that this online modality is authorized by the SEP in the corresponding RVOE Agreement, which implies that the teaching-learning process is carried out exclusively through an educational technology platform. In those cases in which it is necessary to perform a mandatory social service, the appropriate indications will be established for it to be carried out in person at the end of the academic program.
Do you have offices? Where and when do I submit the official documentation for registration? TECH University currently operates in 120 countries in all continents, and has corporate offices in most of them. However, since the program is completely online, you will be able to submit digital copies of documents through the virtual campus by following the steps indicated in each type of program.
Are the RVOE programs offered by TECH Technological University officially valid in ? The studies with official recognition are recognized by the Mexican Ministry of Public Education, and therefore will be recognized as officially valid programs in your country through the existing Homologation process. The costs and response times will depend on the authorities in charge of the process.
In addition to taking the courses, is it necessary to write a thesis or take any other test in order to obtain the degree? The thesis or final research paper is a requirement only if you are pursuing doctoral studies. For master's and bachelor's degrees, students only need to accredit all the modules that make up the program. Remember that, in the case of bachelor's degrees, according to official regulations, you must complete your social service in order to obtain your degree.
When I complete my studies, what kind of document will I receive? After passing all the modules that make up the study plan in which you have enrolled and, if applicable, passing the degree requirements, you will obtain a total certificate of studies (whether bachelor's, master's or doctoral) that mentions the subjects taken and the grades obtained, as well as the bachelor's degree or master's or doctoral degree, duly stamped and validated. And, if necessary, the legalization and/or apostille of the documents issued by the SEP will be arranged. With these documents, you will be able to initiate the procedure established in your country to validate the completed program.
How much does it cost to obtain Degrees, Diplomas and other Certificates? As is the case in all university institutions, the issuance of diplomas, degrees, transcripts and other official documents incurs a cost that must be paid by the student. This may change every year, and depends on the annual public fees for the issuance of documents, as well as the costs of printing, Hague apostille, administration of the whole process and other costs associated with the issuance of the documents. Once the program is completed, you will need to contact email@example.com to request your official documents, as well as to indicate whether they will need to be apostilled and if you want them to be sent as a physical document to your home address. The cost for recorded delivery must also be added, the price of which should be checked and will depend on the destination address. The prices for issuing official TECH certificates, degrees and diplomas for the year 2022 are as follows:
DOCTORATE (Ph.D.) Official degree and transcript, without a Hague apostille: $227 USD. Official degree and transcript, with a Hague apostille: $907 USD.

Language Placement Test A language level assessment test, conducted by videoconference with a native teacher, designed in accordance with the criteria of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), the result of which determines the student's level of linguistic competence in a language.
What are the main differences between programs with official recognition and programs for professional updating and continuing education? The main difference is that the programs with official recognition are registered with the Educational Authority of the United Mexican States, and have passed the quality standards established by the regulations in force in that country. For this reason, this type of program grants a degree that can be validated in the different educational systems at an international level. The professional updating and continuing education programs are programs designed by the university itself according to the highest quality standards of the international academic panorama, and are aimed at students who are professionals and require specialized programs to keep up to date or improve their performance in their professional area. These have the same level of difficulty and quality as the officially recognized programs, and provide recognition of high professional value at an international level. Recognition in the labor market Programs with official recognition are often (not always) a requirement for employment in the civil service. In general, companies do not take into account whether the program is official or a continuing education program when hiring a professional, but rather the prestige of the program, its faculty, the University and the fact that it provides the graduate with the knowledge and skills required by the profile they are looking for. Entry requirements for doctoral studies In order to access a doctoral program it is necessary to fulfill a series of academic requirements. These requirements vary for each program and in each country, but in general it is necessary to have completed a master's degree program with official recognition in order to be able to enroll in a doctoral program. It is estimated that typically only 1 in 10,000 professionals show interest in this route. Academic design: duration, entry requirements... The professional updating and continuing education programs are fully adapted to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), as a quality standard of excellence. TECH applies evaluation processes and academic requirements to the syllabuses of these programs, in the same way as it does with programs with official validity of studies. Calls for public employment Programs with official validity are sometimes required to access some jobs advertised by public administrations. However, it depends on each position and the institution that offers it, to establish the access requirements. In the case of job openings at private institutions or companies or from foreign countries, again, the institution or company will be the one to establish the requirements. Especially in the private sector and at the international level, many calls for applications include both officially recognized programs and others considered to have international curricular recognition, such as the professional updating and continuing education programs offered at TECH Technological University. University professors vs. industry professionals As is the case at the undergraduate or doctoral level, most of the teaching in programs with official recognition is carried out by professors from the university that grants the certification. Professional updating programs, on the other hand, generally incorporate leading practising professionals from each sector into the teaching staff. Practical orientation The professional updating and continuing education programs are designed to provide a practical vision oriented to the professional reality. They incorporate professionals from the sector who provide the professional orientation demanded by the labor market. Programs with official recognition are aimed at young people who are seeking access to a job in the Public Administration that requires this degree (approximately 0.5% of the cases) or to achieve the academic level of a doctorate (0.01% of graduate students go on to study a doctorate). Both the officially recognized programs as well as the professional updating and continuing education programs on this portal are endorsed by TECH Technological University, which designs the various studies in an academic manner and endorses them with its prestige. TECH is the world's largest online university. It is a leading institution in its sector, which provides quality, diversified, multidisciplinary and flexible teaching, adjusted to the needs of society and adapted to the new models of the world of knowledge.

What does it consist of?
Our university is the first in the world to combine case studies with a 100% online learning system based on repetition, combining 8 different elements in each lesson, which represent a revolution with respect to simply studying and analyzing cases. This methodology is at the forefront of world teaching and is called Re-learning®. Tech is the first university licensed to employ this successful method, having managed since 2015 to improve the overall satisfaction levels (teaching quality, quality of materials, course structure, objectives...) of professionals completing postgraduate degrees with respect to the indicators of the best online university. In TECH programs, learning is not a linear process, but rather a spiral (we learn-unlearn (forget) and re-learn); therefore, they combine each of these elements in a concentric manner. More than 500,000 students have been trained through the Re-learning® methodology, making this initiative an unprecedented success. The overall score obtained by our learning system is 8.01, according to the highest international standards.

In this case, the student will receive all the information about the corresponding study and a link to review the payment information and confirm the enrollment by e-mail.
The contract between Tech and the student becomes effective from the moment the student completes the Telephone Enrollment process, which will take place with the confirmation of the enrollment and the ticking of the box related to the acceptance of the present General Conditions, through the link present in the previous e-mail. After this, Tech will send to the email address provided by the student, within a reasonable period of time after the completion of the Telephone Enrollment process, an email acknowledging receipt and confirmation of enrollment in the corresponding Study ("Confirmation E-mail").
Subsequently, the student will receive an e-mail with their Virtual Campus login details, a Tech platform through which the selected service will be provided. Detailed information on the registration process and the use of the Campus is provided in the "Virtual Campus" section of these General Terms and Conditions.
The data provided by the student in the Telephone Enrollment process will be subsequently confirmed by the student in the Virtual Campus. Likewise, students may modify their personal data, including the password to access the Virtual Campus, at any time in the Virtual Campus.
Data provided by students must be accurate, current and truthful at all times.
Under no circumstances will Tech be responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the students, so each student is responsible for the possible consequences, errors and failures that may subsequently arise from the lack of accuracy, veracity and validity of the data. Tech shall not be liable in the event that the contracted service cannot be provided as a result of an error in the data provided by the Student.
4.3. Virtual Campus
4.3.1. Registration process
In order to use the contracted service, that is, to take the course, the student must log in to the Virtual Campus available in the "campus login" section of the Website and register using the credentials provided by e-mail.
Registering in the Virtual Campus will be completely free of charge, except for the cost of the study and the cost related to the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the student.
Once the registration is completed, the student must confirm the personal data (identification and contact) provided in the Online Enrollment form or during the Telephone Enrollment process and, if necessary, may modify those they consider appropriate.
The use of the Virtual Campus and, therefore, access to the training material and content (books, videos, diagrams, images, etc.) available to students is personal and non-transferable and, therefore, students are forbidden from providing access or distributing material to third parties.
The student agrees that the password chosen during this registration process in the Platform will be personal and non-transferable, not being allowed to be transferred, even temporarily, to third parties. In this sense, the student agrees to make diligent use of their Virtual Campus login details and to keep them secret. In the event that the student is aware of or suspects the loss, theft or use of their login details by a third party, they should inform Tech as soon as possible. Each student shall be liable for any damages caused to themselves, Tech and/or any third party by the use of the Virtual Campus by any third party using the student's login details as a result of improper or negligent use by the student.
In any case, any operations carried out prior to such communication shall be deemed to have been carried out by the student, who shall be liable for any damages resulting from any unauthorized access and/or use made prior to such communication.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tech will use its best efforts to inform the Student of any behavior that may indicate fraud so that the Student can promptly verify the existence of any misappropriation or misuse of their account.
4.3.2. Access and usage requirements
Registration and use of the Virtual Campus will be limited exclusively to students over 18 years of age, with full legal capacity and who have a computer (PC or Apple), Tablet or smartphone, Internet connection and an e-mail account.
All the resources of the Virtual Campus are integrated and can be accessed through an Internet browser; therefore, it will not be necessary to install any additional software in the device used by the student.
The student will be able to enjoy the use of the Virtual Campus and access to the training materials and contents during the term or duration of the study in which they have enrolled.
The following options are available to students in order to be able to study the program in its entirety:
Windows: Internet Explorer 6 and later, Firefox 1.x and later, Google Chrome, Opera 9.5 and later.
Apple: Safari 3 and later, Firefox 1.x and later, Google Chrome.
Linux: Firefox 1.x and later
Installing one of the web browsers:
Google Chrome 14 or later on Windows or Mac.
Safari 5.1 or later on Mac.
Mobile Safari on Apple iOS 5.0 or later on iPad/iPhone.
Articulate Mobile Player; Apple iOS 5.0 or later on iPad. Any browser with built-in flash such as Puffin Browser will also work.
Tech does not guarantee that the Virtual Campus will work perfectly with other operating systems, devices or browsers.
All prices of the studies shown on the Website are final prices, expressly including all applicable taxes and fees. These prices will be shown in local currency. In the event that the final price changes due to increases or discounts that may be applicable, expenses charged to the student and/or additional expenses for products and/or accessory services, payment methods, etc., the student will be informed during the Online Enrollment or Telephone Enrollment process in a detailed manner and prior to the time of payment.
Prices are subject to change at any time until registration is completed. In this way, possible changes in the price will not affect the enrollment process for students who have already received the confirmation e-mail.
6. Modes and methods of payment
In the Online Enrollment and Telephone Enrollment process, the student must select the mode and method of payment from the available options. The available payment methods are direct debit and credit card payment for Spain, in other countries payment via PayPal is available. In both cases, the Student may choose to pay in cash or in installments.
Bank card (those indicated in the payment gateway): through the Redsys gateway (https://www.redsys.es/). If your payment method is by credit card, by clicking on "Pay" the user is confirming that they are the cardholder. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity.
In the event that the registration fee has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such an event, Tech will make every effort to ensure that the appropriate debit and re-credit entries are made to Tech's and the cardholder's accounts as soon as possible.
However, if the payment had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund was not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal, the cardholder shall be liable to Tech for compensation for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
7. Duration of Studies and completion
Each of the Studies has a defined term of completion or duration (hereinafter, "Term"), established in the course description.
Upon enrollment, the student expressly accepts the Term indicated and is informed of the start and end date. From the beginning of the Term and throughout the duration of the course, enrolled students will have access, through the Virtual Campus, to all course contents and training materials in digital format according to the schedule established in the Virtual Campus.
Upon completion of the Term, the relationship between the student and Tech will be considered terminated. If the Student does not finish the course within the established term, the Student will not have the right to continue their studies.
Once all the modules that make up the study (bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree) in which the student has enrolled have been passed and, if applicable, has passed the degree requirements, the student will obtain a total certificate of studies that lists the subjects taken and the grades obtained, as well as the bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctoral degree diploma, duly stamped and validated. Likewise, if studying in Mexico and if necessary, the legalization and/or apostille of the documents issued by the SEP will be arranged.
The transcripts are issued at the end of the month. Once the transcripts are generated, students who have passed all the modules will receive their diploma or certificate by e-mail within two and a half to three months, without the need to pay any fees.
The student may request a duplicate diploma at any time by paying the corresponding fees.
To be considered PASSED in your training program, your average grade must be higher than 6 and you must view 100% of the teaching elements of the training program.
Students are given two attempts at each exam. The system will use the last grade obtained.
Doctoral students must complete a thesis or final research paper as a prerequisite for graduation. For bachelor's and master's degrees it is only necessary to accredit all the modules that make up the program.
9. Right of withdrawal
Time and manner
The student has a period of up to three (3) calendar days from the receipt of the Confirmation of Enrollment e-mail to exercise their right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the student must contact Tech, at firstname.lastname@example.org, notifying of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement ("Notice of Withdrawal"). For this purpose, you may use the model withdrawal form attached as an Annex to these General Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, all you must do is to send the notice regarding your exercise of this right before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
In the case that the three (3) days have not passed, but the student has accessed the virtual campus, making use of their training. Tech will consider that the student has forfeited their right of withdrawal.
Consequences of withdrawal
Upon receipt of a timely Notice of Withdrawal, Tech will acknowledge receipt of the Notice of Withdrawal in writing and a Tech agent will then contact the student to determine the reason for the withdrawal and confirm Tech's decision.
If the withdrawal decision is confirmed, Tech will refund all payments received to the student without undue delay and, in any case, no later than three (3) calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal decision is notified.
In this regard, the refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the student for the initial transaction, unless the student indicates otherwise, expressly detailing the means of payment through which they wish to be refunded. Tech will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.
10. Comments, suggestions, complaints and claims
Comments and suggestions are welcome. For these purposes, students may use the contact methods indicated in the first section of these General Terms and Conditions.
Tech also has official complaint forms available to students as an appendix to these General Conditions.
Likewise, you may send your complaints and claims through our contact channels or by e-mail, which will be dealt with by our customer service department as soon as possible and, if applicable, within the legally established period. Likewise, any complains and claims will be assigned an identification code that we will inform you of, which will allow you to monitor them.
If the student feels that their rights have been violated, they may direct their complaints to Tech through the e-mail address in order to request an out-of-court dispute resolution.
11. Students' Liability
The student acknowledges and accepts that the enrollment process and, if applicable, subsequent access and use of the Virtual Campus, takes place freely and consciously, under their sole responsibility. The student agrees to make proper and lawful use of the Virtual Campus in accordance with applicable law and these General Terms and Conditions. Consequently, the student declares that they will indemnify Tech and assume all liability for any breach of applicable law and/or these General Terms and Conditions and, in particular, for any damage caused to Tech or third parties as a result of their actions.
Students must refrain from (i) making unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Virtual Campus; (ii) accessing or attempting to access restricted resources on the Virtual Campus; (iii) using the Virtual Campus for purposes or effects that are illicit, illegal, contrary to the provisions of these General Conditions, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, render useless or overload or impede the normal use or enjoyment of the Virtual Campus; (iv) causing damage to the Virtual Campus, other users or third parties; (v) introducing or disseminating computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause damage to the systems of Tech, its suppliers, other users or third parties, (vi) attempting to access, use and/or manipulate the data of Tech, third party suppliers and/or other Students; (vii) reproducing, copying, distributing, transforming or modifying the Contents, allowing access to third parties through any form of public communication, unless authorized by the holder of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted; (viii) obtaining or attempting to obtain the contents available on the Virtual Campus by using means or procedures other than those that, as the case may be, have been made available for this purpose by Tech; (ix) Students must also refrain from providing any material or content subject to copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual and industrial property rights of which they do not have sufficient legitimacy for its use both by themselves and by other students, and to ensure that such use does not violate any legal provision, contract, right or property of third parties, or in any way constitute unfair competition. Consequently, it shall be understood that the Student that includes the referred material or content has the necessary authorization. Tech will inform the authorities of any illegitimate use of the Virtual Campus as soon as it becomes known.
Likewise, the student is responsible for ensuring that the data, comments, opinions, recommendations and/or evaluations, or texts of any kind sent to Tech through the Virtual Campus do not infringe the rights of third parties or violate the applicable legislation. Tech reserves the right to edit, reject or delete data, comments, opinions, recommendations, evaluations and texts of any kind referred to above.
The student will only be able to access the Virtual Campus through authorized means. Tech will not be liable in the event that the Student does not have Internet access, does not have a compatible device or has downloaded an incompatible browser version.
In case of breach by the Student of these General Conditions, even on mere suspicion, or in case of illegal or illicit use of the Virtual Campus, Tech reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, access, navigation, use, hosting and/or downloading of the content and/or use of the Virtual Campus, with or without prior notice, without the possibility of the Student claiming any compensation for this cause, as well as to take any legal action deemed appropriate to protect their rights.
12. Tech's Liability
Except for liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited as a result of applicable law, Tech shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for claims made by Users that are based on any of the following circumstances:
Improper use of the Portal: Tech has created its Virtual Campus in order to provide its services, which includes making training content available to students, a communication channel with professors, an evaluation process, a notification system, and other resources and functionalities necessary for the effective completion of the course of study. However, Tech cannot control the use of the Virtual Campus other than as provided in these General Conditions; therefore, access to the Virtual Campus and the correct use of it are the responsibility of the person performing these actions, and Tech is not responsible for any incorrect, illicit or negligent use that the student may make of it.
Likewise, Tech will not be liable for damages of any nature arising from Internet access problems, technological problems beyond Tech's diligent and reasonable management; damages caused by the lack of resolution of the devices used by the student, browser-related problems or others of this nature; and damages caused by the student or by errors in the information provided by the student.
Content Use: Tech provides all the contents of the Virtual Campus, under certain conditions, and in good faith, and will make its best efforts to ensure that they are permanently updated and current; however, Tech cannot assume any responsibility with respect to the use or access made by students outside the area to which it is addressed, the final responsibility for which will fall on the Student. Likewise, Tech will not be able to control the contents that have not been prepared by it or by third parties on its behalf and, therefore, will not be liable in any case for damages, contents and technical unavailability that may be caused by such third parties.
Viruses: Tech is committed to implement all necessary measures to try to guarantee that the Virtual Campus is free of viruses, worms, Trojan horses and similar elements. However, these measures are not infallible and, therefore, Tech cannot fully ensure the absence of such harmful elements. Consequently, Tech will not be liable for any damages that they may cause to the user.
Technological failures: Tech has concluded all the necessary contracts for the continuity of the Virtual Campus and will make its best efforts to ensure that it does not suffer interruptions, but cannot guarantee the absence of technological failures, nor can it guarantee the permanent availability of the Virtual Campus and the different functionalities included therein and, consequently, assumes no liability for damages that may be incurred due to lack of availability and access failures caused by disconnections, breakdowns, overloads or network outages not attributable to Tech.
Information exchange: the Virtual Campus may contain certain areas designed to allow different students to share their experiences and to encourage the exchange of information. However, Tech only acts in these forums as a meeting place and does not control the comments made in them, and therefore assumes no responsibility for the veracity or relevance of the statements made in them by students.
Tech also provides all the means at its disposal to carry out the purchase, payment and delivery process to guarantee the contracted service. However, it disclaims liability for causes not attributable to it, such as circumstances of force majeure or technical failures that prevent normal operation of the service through the Internet, lack of availability of the Website or the Virtual Campus for maintenance or other reasons, and damages caused, to itself or to a third party, by any person who violates the conditions, rules and instructions established by Tech or through the violation of security systems.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tech declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the current state of technology, to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and of the Virtual Campus and to minimize system errors, both from a technical point of view and from the point of view of the contents published.
13. Links to other websites: Supplementary Materials
Through the "Supplementary Materials" section of the Virtual Campus, Tech provides students with access to additional content and information related to the course of study, including links to web pages considered of interest to students. The purpose of these links is solely to facilitate the search for resources that may be of interest to students through the Internet. However, these pages do not belong to Tech, nor does it review their contents and, therefore, it cannot be held responsible for them, for the functioning of the linked page or for any possible damage that may arise from accessing or using it.
Likewise, Tech is fully respectful of the intellectual or industrial property rights that may correspond to third parties on the web pages to which the aforementioned links refer. Therefore, if the student believes that this site may be violating their rights, or those of third parties, please contact Tech at the following e-mail address: email@example.com
14. Establishing links with the Virtual Campus
In general, the establishment of hypertext links (hereinafter "link" or "links") to the Virtual Campus is not authorized, unless Tech expressly states otherwise.
In any case, students are informed that the inclusion of links to the Virtual Campus by other websites does not imply that Tech maintains links or association of any kind with the owner of the website where the link is established, nor that Tech promotes, endorses, guarantees or recommends the contents of such websites.
Tech expressly prohibits the use of "framings" or the use by third parties of any other mechanisms that alter the design, original configuration or contents of its Virtual Campus.
16. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, patents and all other intellectual and industrial property rights relating to material or content available on the Virtual Campus that are required for the it to function and be operated properly, including software, data, information, text, photographs, music, sound, video, graphics, logos, symbols, artwork and any other materials or images, are owned by or licensed to Tech through the copyright(s) for its use. Therefore, its use, reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other similar or analogous activity is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Tech.
Likewise, it is strictly forbidden to use all the industrial and/or intellectual property elements of the Virtual Campus for commercial purposes, as well as their distribution, modification, alteration or decompilation. At no time, unless expressly stated otherwise, does access, browsing or use of the Virtual Campus and/or its contents grant the Student any right over any distinctive signs included therein.
In the event that the student sends information of any kind to Tech through any of the channels provided for this purpose, the student represents, warrants and agrees that they have the right to do so freely, that such information does not infringe any intellectual and industrial property rights, trademark, patent, trade secret or any other rights of third parties, and that such information is not confidential or harmful to third parties.
In this regard, the student acknowledges that they assume responsibility for, and hold Tech harmless for, any communication they provide personally or on their own behalf, with such responsibility extending without restriction to the accuracy, legality, originality, and ownership of the communication.
In any case, Tech declares its respect for the intellectual and industrial property rights of third parties; therefore, if the Student considers that this site could be violating their rights or those of third parties, please contact Tech at the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
17. Data Protection
Tech shall not be liable in case of unavailability of the service and/or operation of the Virtual Campus when this is caused by force majeure. "Force Majeure" shall mean all circumstances which cause Tech to be temporarily or permanently unable to perform its obligations, such as, but not limited to, governmental action, strikes, earthquakes, fires, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, and all circumstances of a similar nature, which make it unreasonable to require Tech to perform its obligations to Student.
Tech will be able to make the appropriate notifications related to the Virtual Campus or these General Conditions through the Web Page itself, the Virtual Campus, as well as through the e-mail address provided by the Student. The Student, in turn, may send notifications to Tech through email@example.com.
Students may not assign, transfer or subrogate to third parties, nor subcontract the rights and obligations arising from these General Terms and Conditions, without Tech's prior written consent.
Tech may transfer, assign, encumber, subcontract or otherwise transfer all or any of the rights or obligations under these General Conditions at any time during its term. In order to avoid any doubt, such transmissions, assignments, encumbrances or other transfers shall not affect the rights that the student, as a consumer, has recognized by law, nor shall they annul, reduce or limit in any other way the guarantees, whether express or implied, that may have been granted.
The waiver or failure by either party to exercise in any respect any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of the applicable right or provision.
If any of the sections of these General Conditions were to be declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining sections shall remain in force, without being affected by such declaration of nullity.
These Terms and Conditions, and any document expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between the student and Tech relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior covenant, agreement or promise made between the parties both orally or in writing.
The parties acknowledge that they have consented to the contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party or that could be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations entered into by the two parties prior to the contract, except for what is expressly mentioned in these General Terms and Conditions.
Neither party shall have any recourse against any untrue statement made by the other party, whether oral or written, prior to the date of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the only recourse available to the other party shall be for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
