Experience

Dr. Ana Isabel Castillo Varón has extensive experience working as Coordinator of research activities in the Cardiology Department of the 12 de Octubre University Hospital in Madrid. She has also served as Manager of the Research Office and Reference Manager of the Myocardial Physiopathology Area of the CNIC, in addition to being a Clinical Trial Monitor at the Euroclin-Pfizer Institute. 

She holds a PhD in Biological Sciences from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the same university. She holds a Master's Degree in Clinical and Pharmaceutical Research from the University of Alcalá and has a long career as a researcher
