The teacher Francisco Riquelme Mellado advocates active methodologies in the classroom, giving the students the leading role in learning. A teacher for more than 25 years, he is committed to promoting creativity, teacher wellbeing, motivation, Project Based Learning, Cooperative Learning and Educational Coaching. 

Throughout her professional career she has combined teaching in the classrooms of various educational centers with visual arts projects, photography and design. An artistic area that has marked his life as he has a degree in Fine Arts and later specialized in Art Therapy.

The fusion of art and education has been transferred to various initiatives that go beyond the classrooms of schools and reach hospital classrooms or through the Internet, where he is also an educational disseminator.
