Experience

Dr. Raquel Guillén Catalán researches in the fields of Contract Law, Consumer Law, Data Protection, E-Commerce and Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Mechanisms. Given her extensive knowledge in these areas, she has participated and directed numerous projects in scientific teams such as the Groups of Law and Business Studies on ICT and Health Law, Genetics and Social Protection. 

For her academic development, she has spent time at the European University Institute, the Advanced Institute of Legal Studies, Stanford Law School, among others. She also collaborates with the Consumer Arbitration Board of the Valencian Community. She is also coordinator of the Current Affairs Section of the Mediation and Dispute Resolution Yearbook of Editorial Reus and writes for the Revista Aranzadi de Derecho y Nuevas Tecnologías, published by Aranzadi Thomson-Reuters.
