José Luis Bracamonte's professional career has allowed him to become a leading large animal surgeon in beef and dairy cow productions; an area in which he has specialized through degrees that have led him to master minimally invasive surgery in large animal laparoscopy and veterinary surgery.

In the field of teaching occupies a preferential place in his career being a teacher of Fellowship programs in ACVS, an area where he has been able to instruct more than fifteen residents in equine surgery. His great interest in this field is evidenced by the twenty or so presentations he has given at international congresses.
