Dr. Miquel Turbau Valls has developed an extensive professional career as an Emergency Physician in different leading hospitals in the care of patients in case of emergency and transplantation. During his work in this unit, he has enhanced his research work, focusing on the study of the affectation of Diabetes and the epidemiological and clinical characteristics observed in the rural hospital. 

Likewise, his constant updating of knowledge through the technical devices used in the health field led him to deepen in the usefulness of Clinical Ultrasound in Obstructive Shock Secondary to Pulmonary Thromboembolism and Simultaneous Pneumothorax. In addition, he regularly attends national and international congresses of Internal Medicine, which makes him an excellent professional specialized in Emergency Medicine.
