Dr. Dolores Silvestre Castelló is a professional of the highest level within the Scientific Area. With a Diploma in Food Technology and postgraduate studies in Nutrition, Dietetics and Diet Therapy, she has carried out a very important work as an expert in this area, as well as a researcher, activity from which her Cum Laude thesis in Chemical Sciences emerged.

On the other hand, she has worked as a teacher of Bromatology and Nutrition and has been a regular collaborator in various programs related to this sector. All this, combined with her participation in several lines of study, highlighting of the same: The properties of human milk and its management in milk banks; Food safety and optimization of resources for health in primary care of vulnerable families and Food habits in population groups.
