Experience

Dolz Abadía, a specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, is in charge of the Psychiatry and Psychology Service at the Sant Joan de Deu Hospital. A position she combines with research, where she has focused her studies on psychosis. This scientific work has led her, in turn, to a stay at the Center for the Assessment and Prevention of Prodromal States at the University of California (Los Angeles OSA), a pioneering center in the detection of patients at risk of psychosis, with Professor T. Cannon. 

Her extensive work in this field has led her to initiate the CAPRIS project in Spain focused on the analysis of the Child and Adolescent population at risk of developing psychosis. In addition, she leads as Country Coordinator the collaboration with the Medical Center University of Utrech in the clinical trial Placebo-Controlled trial in Ultra-high Risk for Psychosis with Omega 3 fatty acids in Europe.
