Experience

Based on his high level of expertise as an architect and researcher, Dr. Flavio Celis D'Amico has focused on sustainable building and heritage conservation. Together with specialists of distinguished trajectory, he has worked in rehabilitation works, including the Cuarte del Príncipe as a Resource Center for Learning and Research of the University of Alcalá. He has also worked on the recovery of mortuary monuments and the 3D reconstruction of these spaces.  

In the field of Bioclimatic Architecture, he has been part of different initiatives in countries such as Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Greece, Czech Republic, Chile, Mexico, Brazil, China and India. He is also editor of the magazine Hábitat Sustentable of the Universidad del Bío-Bío in Chile. Thus, many of his academic results have been published in scientific journals or defended in a masterly manner in international congresses.
