Experience

Monica Pascual is a high performance coach for elite athletes, professionals and companies. For nearly a decade, she has worked with athletes who want to reach challenging goals for their careers and see difficulties in achieving them.  

From her extensive competencies, she has achieved collaborations with the Spanish Women's Rugby XV National Team, which she helped to achieve its world pass in 2017. Also, she has been an advisor to the Olympic 49erFX Sailing Team, integrated by Patricia Suárez and Nicole Van Der Velden, which won silver in Tokyo 2020. Teresa Bernadas, goalkeeper of the Spanish National Roller Hockey Team has been another athlete who has used her services.  

On the other hand, he has collaborated with companies such as Comlux Aviation, Canard Drones or La Liga. In order to focus her efforts in a more successful way, she founded her own project Making Talent Happen.
