Gynecological and Obstetric Surgery are the fields of focus of the Surgical Nurse, Irene Jimenez Ramos, who from her management has intervened in the perioperative and post-surgical processes of critically ill patients.  

In addition to this, her knowledge and experience have allowed her to collaborate in scientific research on the processes of care in newborns, so that her management in different health centers in the country is of utmost importance.  

• Surgical Nurse in Gynecological and Obstetric Surgery, and in General Surgery operating rooms at the University Hospital La Paz. 
• Operating room pool of all surgical specialties at University Hospital Ramón y Cajal. 
• External collaboration as author and coordinator of opposition abstracts for Grupo Paradigma. 
• Author of the scientific article Procesos de atención de enfermería a un recién nacido prematuro en la unidad de cuidados intermedios neonatales in the Revista Electrónica de Portales Médicos.
