- Director of the San Simon & Duch office in Algeciras . I Lawyer since 1995. E s degree in Law from the University of Navarra. Subsequently, he has completed his training with a Specialization Course on Maritime Law and Port Management, and is currently receiving a Breakdown Commissioner Course taught by the College of Merchant Marine Officers.
- He has given lectures and written articles on abandonment of goods and on stowage. He has participated in courses, conferences, workshops, seminars and congresses in the field of Maritime Law and Fishing Law.
- Professor at the School of Legal Practice of the Cadiz Bar Association and is also a member of the Spanish Association of Maritime Law, and of the Spanish Association of Lawyers Specialized in Civil Liability and of the Association of Maritime Law Researchers (ASIDEM) .
- He is a member of the Propeller Club Port of Algeciras.
- He is specialized in maritime, civil, administrative and criminal law. His professional activity has focused on procedural and extrajudicial actions and he carries out extensive national and international advisory work.
