An extensive career of more than 20 years dedicated to the field of General Surgery and Digestive System supports the career of Dr. Baltasar Perez Saborido, who has held positions of responsibility in the units of Hepatobiliopancreatic Surgery and Robotic Surgery. His extensive knowledge in devices such as the Da Vinci surgical system has allowed him to stand out as a renowned specialist in the area.

He has received recognition from the Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain and the Royal National Academy of Medicine of Madrid for his thesis Valoración de los factores pronóstico en el resultado del tratamiento del hepatocarcinoma mediante trasplante o resección. In addition, he actively participates in a multitude of scientific publications, ranging from corporocaudal pancreatectomy to intraductal papillary neoplasia of the bile ducts with malignization.
