Dr. Silvia Moreno Fernández is a specialist in Novel Food Development and the Treatment of Food Industry By-products. Her passion for innovation and research has accompanied her throughout her academic and professional career. 

Her successes include the creation of two patents on compounds with antioxidant activity, as well as the incorporation of novel products in companies in the food sector. Moreno Fernández loves challenges and, therefore, continues to study and analyze products.
