Dr. Marina Morato Martínez knows the field of Clinical Nutrition to perfection, not only because of her extensive and distinguished academic career, but also because of the years of experience in her practical work in leading centers on the international scene such as the La Paz University Hospital in Madrid. However, one of her most characteristic features is the predisposition she has shown towards the area of research.  

In addition to having obtained the Outstanding Cum Laude in her thesis based on Food Science, she has participated and directed several lines of study related to the functionality of food and its effect on health. All this combined with teaching not only in degrees related to Nutrition, but also with Medicine and clinical practice.
