Experience

Professor Carmen Rodríguez Arteaga has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Education, which has enabled her to hold the leadership of the Cabinet of Studies of the INEM Directorate, as well as that of the Spanish Agency of International Cooperation for Development. Her interest in the promotion of knowledge and culture has been materialized in a constant support to the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, through a comprehensive planning and evaluation of global cooperation plans. 

All this backed by a complete academic career during which she has focused on different areas of teaching, implementing to her educational standards aspects of evaluation, statistics and state-of-the-art indication. In addition, she has extensive experience in coordinating projects in International Cooperation agencies and organizations such as the OEI, DG Development Policies or the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Government of Spain.
