Dr. Gabriel Salcedo is a Medical Specialist in General Surgery and Digestive System, as well as an Expert in Esophagogastric and Bariatric Surgery. He has followed an outstanding training career and as a physician for more than twenty years, in several of the most prestigious hospitals in the city of Madrid, where he has become a Medical Specialist in the Esophagogastric and Bariatric Surgery Unit of the University Hospital Fundación Jiménez Díaz and the General University Hospital of Villalba, among others.

He also dedicates part of his work to scientific research and medical teaching, writing articles for prestigious journals and participating in communications in multiple congresses and conferences.
