Experience in the public railway sector, holding various positions in construction, operation and technological development activities of the Spanish high-speed and conventional railway networks.
Responsible for the Research, Development and Innovation projects area in the Railway Infrastructure Administrator (Adif), a state company attached to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (MITMA) of Spain.
Coordinator of more than 90 projects and technological initiatives in all areas of the railway.
Industrial Engineer and Masters in Specialization in Railway Technologies and in Construction and Maintenance of Railway Infrastructures.

Professor in the railways master's degrees at the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICAI) and the University of Cantabria.
Member of the IEEE ( Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers ) and member of the Editorial Committee of Electrification Magazine in the same institution (magazine specialized in the electrification of transport).
Member of the AENOR CTN 166 group "Research, Technological Development and Innovation Activities (R + D + I)".
Adif representative in the MITMA R + D + i and EGNSS (Galileo) working groups.
Speaker at more than 40 Congresses and Seminars.
