After graduating in Veterinary Medicine at the University of León, María Suárez Redondo obtained her PhD in Veterinary Science at the Complutense University of Madrid. Since then she has worked in the area of Soft Tissue Surgery in several veterinary clinical centers. 

In addition, she is co-author of several international publications and has participated in numerous congresses and seminars, also contributing to the writing of manuals on the surgical approach to feline and canine.
