Experience

Dr. Alejandra Cardelle Cobas is a professional in the chemical area with a special focus on nutrition and food technology. During her more than 10 years of dedication to the knowledge of this area, she has carried out an important academic and research work, of which her thesis "Synthesis, characterization and study of the prebiotic character of oligosaccharides derived from lactulose" stands out.  

She is also an expert in the knowledge of prebiotics and probiotics, as well as in their use and implementation in specialized diets for nutritional deficits caused by different diseases and their comorbidities. All this combined with teaching activity, being part of several university degree programs and in the direction of projects related to Bromatology and Analytical Chemistry.
