Experience

Noelia Tortosa Casado is a Social Worker graduated from the University of Alicante and Master's Degree in Intervention and Diagnosis with Minors at Social Risk, with outstanding qualification and also holds a Master's Degree in Secondary School Teaching, second area of interest for her professional development.  

She has more than 18 years of experience in various positions in the field of Social Work, focusing on the attention of vulnerable sectors of the population. She has provided follow-up to women victims of gender violence, has assisted in cases of minors in judicial processes, has participated in the training and assessment of families interested in the adoption process, and has been in charge of monitoring adopted minors, their families and environments.

She has also held supervisory positions as Deputy Director, Manager and Coordinator of different organizations and institutions in charge of social assessments and foster care.
