María José Navarro Ferrer is a Psychologist specialized in Human Resources Management, Workshops, Mindfulness, Psychotherapies, Gerontology and Conflict Management in Organizations. After a long and intense training and professional career of more than twenty years, she has held positions such as Co-Founder and Psychologist Specialist in Coaching Ability. 

In addition, she dedicates an important part of her work to training and scientific research in her area of specialization.
