Dr. Rocio Ivonne Limon Garduza is a specialist in Food Technology and Food Biotechnology, whose excellent knowledge in this area has been developed in various companies in the sector.  

Her interest also led her to obtain her PhD in Agricultural Chemistry and Bromatology with her thesis on Obtaining foods and ingredients with antihypertensive properties from germinated and fermented legumes. 

In addition to her mastery of the subject, she is also an excellent team manager and coordinator, which has led her to assume, over the years, the responsibility of quality departments, project development and bromatological expertise in first level companies.
