Experience

Alicia Molina-Amador García is a Dietitian and Clinical Nutritionist specialized in the Integral Approach to the Bariatric Patient. She is a professional distinguished by her multidisciplinary activity for over 2 decades in medical practice, teaching and research, most of them as an expert associated with the Surgery Service at the Sant Joan de Reus University Hospital. In addition to having worked as a physician after her corresponding MIR stay, she has published her own doctoral thesis, and has also carried out postgraduate studies focused on design and statistics in Health Sciences, in addition to several programs and masters in Specialized Nutrition. 

She has been the author of dozens of articles and seminars focused, above all, on issues related to metabolism and nutritional and environmental genetic determinants at different stages of organ development. In addition, she has combined the practice of care and study with teaching, being part of the faculty of undergraduate and postgraduate university programs and in additional training, as well as the review of the international journal BMI Journal (SECO).
