Experience

Rocio Fischer has more than two decades of experience as Project and Cooperation Delegate, among other specific positions within the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. As a member of its International Committee, she works in special missions for operations in different continents, providing Psychosocial Support, among other functions, as Team Leader to assist people affected by wars, migratory, social or environmental crises. 

In the field of training, she has a Master's Degree in Psychology in Crisis, Emergencies and Catastrophes, a Master's Degree in International Cooperation and Management of Development Projects, as well as an Expert in Prevention and Management of International Crises. All this, together with her previous degrees in Psychology and Pedagogy, has allowed her to develop in these positions, as well as in Professional University Teaching.
