Experience

Biochemical Engineer, Juan José Thuemme Canales, has extensive experience in Flavor Design, accumulating several decades of work as a Senior International Flavorist expert in the development of products for the Mexican food industry. His excellent skills and knowledge in this field have qualified him to work at IFF Mexico, as well as to be the Head of Deiman's Creative Center.

Combining it perfectly with his work, he has dedicated part of his time to the Research Field. In this sense, he has created the so-called new native flavors and has conducted studies and research on novel molecules that favor the creation of more precise flavor profiles. His taste for the academic branch has also led him to write book chapters and to participate as a speaker in conferences and congresses related to Flavor Design.
