Cristina Santurino Fontecha holds a PhD in Food Science from the Universidad Autonoma of Madrid. Her high competences in this area have led her to occupy relevant positions as a Researcher in prestigious hospitals, such as the University Hospital La Paz in Madrid.

Her extensive professional experience and her excellent work postulate her as a first level Specialist in Nutrition and Sports Performance.

  • Full-time Predoctoral Researcher at the Food Science Research Institute (CIAL) and CSIC, Madrid
