Juan Carlos Orozco is a Chef with an outstanding career in the Hotel Industry. In Latin America, this professional chef has worked as Executive Chef at the Royal Resorts chain, at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos, at Hotel Azul Sensatori By Karisma, all three in Mexico; at Hotel Meliá Cohiba in Cuba and as Deputy Chef at InterContinental Hotels Group and Westin Playa Bonita in Panama. 

Graduated in Gastronomy from the Universidad Iberoamericana León, Juan Carlos Orozco is a specialist in Molecular Cuisine and Italian Cuisine, in addition to mastering Ice Carving and Mukimono Art in his elaborations.
