Specialist Carmen Gloria Medina Cañada is a distinguished professional in the Psychological Area, who has more than 2 decades of experience in the Pedagogical and Mental Health Management of Pediatric Patients with pathologies associated with Neurodevelopment, as well as with problems of Social Exclusion. She has worked for important entities in this sector such as the Center for Audiological and Speech Therapy Studies, the Canary Health Service and the Asperger Association of the Canary Islands.  

Her experience and the trajectory she has acquired with it have served her to occupy the position of Director in the Canary Institute of High Abilities, as well as to start her own clinic for the Multidisciplinary Care of the Child and Adolescent Patient. In addition, she teaches in various university and postgraduate programs, an activity that she combines with her practice plus pedagogical and psychological practice for the diagnosis and treatment of Giftedness, Talent and Early Intellectual Precocity.
