Experience

Dr. Karla Azucena Chacón Vargas has mastered the planning, organization, coordination, management and strategic control of the implementation of ICT in the Health Sector. Her broad skills have allowed her to outline the analysis and architecture of highly efficient technological solutions for the benefit of different needs of the health system. In this way, she promoted a high impact Telemedicine platform in the Mexican state of Chihuahua.  

It is also recognized for promoting a pilot methodology that linked clinical trials with a tool that grouped different medical data of patients to offer personalized treatments. She also contributed to its application at the Instituto Oncohematológico de la Patagonia. 

His training has been plural, as he has completed studies in Spain and Mexico. Through her skills, she has been selected as Advisor to the World Health Organization in the Area of Online Medical Assistance.
