Syllabus

The syllabus of this program begins by delving into the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which grants an international certificate in quality management and encompasses aspects of: infrastructure, procedures, processes and resources necessary for organizations to control and improve results leading the company towards efficiency and excellence in customer service. In addition, students will learn to defend that a quality management system based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard allows for better organization and control of processes and procedures, optimizing their performance.

Next, this study program delves into the ISO 14001:2015 standard, which was born out of the need to protect the environment and in order to provide organizations with a framework to achieve, the expected results with the minimum impact on the environment.

The idea that implementing ISO 14001:2015 in an organization makes it possible to reduce environmental impacts and increase process efficiency, reducing waste and pollution and leading the organization to save resources is further explored.

In addition, this Postgraduate diploma also refers to the ISO 45001:2018 standard, that is, the comprehensive prevention of occupational risks, for which the content stops at the analysis, evaluation and prevention of occupational accidents. Finally, the program covers the ISO 19011 standard, which is applicable for auditing any management system. This standard shows how to carry out the audit program, planning and the audit itself, giving guidelines for execution.
