S. Mark Young is an internationally renowned expert who has focused his research career on the Entertainment Industry. He has also been honored three times for his contributions to the academic literature in these fields.

One of the most outstanding milestones of his career was the publication of the study "Narcissism and Celebrities", together with Dr. Drew Pinsky. This text compiled direct data on famous personalities from Cinema or Television. In addition, in the article, which would later become a best-selling book, the expert analyzed the narcissistic behaviors of celluloid stars and how these have become normalized in the modern media.
