Dr. Carlos Díez Valle is a veterinarian and European Doctor by the University of León, serving as head of the Agriculture and Livestock Service at the Provincial Council of Zamora. 

With a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the same university, Dr. Carlos Díez Valle has also developed professionally as training director of the International School of Agro-environmental Knowledge, as official veterinarian of the Junta de Castilla y León and as technical director of Ibercun Cinegética. 

In addition, within his research career, his stays at the University of Norwich (United Kingdom) and at the Office National de la Chasse et de la Faune Sauvage (France) are remarkable.
