With more than a decade of exceptional professional career, Dr. Laín Hermes González Quarante is a renowned Neurosurgery specialist who has collaborated in more than multiple research projects, including studies on HIFU treatment in patients with Parkinson's disease and international studies on Glioblastoma.  

His main areas of interest include Oncological Neurosurgery, Gliomas and other primary tumors of the central nervous system, Metastases and secondary tumors of the central nervous system, as well as Functional Neurosurgery or Pain Treatment, especially Trigeminal Neuralgia.  He has participated in more than 40 communications in national and international congresses and numerous articles in international scientific journals. He has contributed in the writing of specific chapters in the field of Oncological and Spine Neurosurgery and is an associate member of the Spanish Society of Spanish Neurosurgery.
