Experience

Dr. in Hispanic Philology, Mariano Martínez Lledó, is specialized in the Railway Sector, International Strategic Management, Competitive Intelligence and Technological Surveillance. He has developed a solid experience of more than forty years in the Public Railway Sector, occupying various positions in activities, commissioning, operation and technological development of the Spanish high-speed and conventional railway networks, such as Head of the Technology Watch Department of the Railway Infrastructure Administrator (Adif), a state company attached to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda (MITMA) of Spain. 

He has also participated in the Commissioning of High Speed Lines in Spain and in several international projects to export Spanish technology to countries such as Morocco, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and France. 

In addition, he combines these tasks with teaching and scientific research, as a speaker at various conferences and seminars with works on terminology and linguistics applied to railroads.
