Experience

Dr. Paula Sánchez Thevenet is a Biochemist specialized in the field of Parasitology and Tropical Diseases, having also focused her career in the promotion of Bioethics and responsible scientific practice. Research has been her main asset, dedicating herself to it for more than a decade for the exhaustive knowledge of Parasitic Zoonoses, indexing multiple articles in prestigious international media and making more than 50 communications in national and international congresses.  

In addition, for her contribution to knowledge in the field of Hydatidosis, she has been recognized, together with her research group, by the International Association of Hydatology and the Senate of the Nation of Argentina. She has also been distinguished with the Gregal de Castellón award. This has helped her to obtain, on the other hand, the accreditation as a Teacher and Researcher from CONEAU, a program that has opened the doors to the dissemination in the classroom and, thanks to which, she has managed to obtain the category of Vice-Dean in Health Sciences.

  • International Master's Degree in Parasitology and Tropical Diseases from the University of Valencia. 
  • Official Master's Degree in Bioethics from the Catholic University of Valencia.
