Experience

After graduating in Chemical Sciences, and specializing in Organic Chemistry, the Doctor in Educational Technology: e-Learning and Knowledge Management Juan Francisco Álvarez Herrero has focused his career on teaching and research, participating in important postgraduate studies and projects as a member of the research group EDUTIC-ADEI, Education and Information and Communication Technologies, Attention to Diversity of the Inclusive School of the University of Alicante, and also of the group L@te-ARGET of the University Rovira y Virgili of Tarragona. 

He has been a high school teacher of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Geology, as well as a university professor in the Department of General Didactics and Specific Didactics of the Faculty of Education, and teaches the areas of Curriculum Development and Digital Classrooms and Didactics of Knowledge of the Natural Environment in the Degree of Teaching, specializing in Early Childhood Education.  

He has been and is a trainer for different CEFIREs of the Valencian Community and Teachers' Centers in the rest of Spain. He has also been a speaker at numerous meetings, conferences and national and international conventions, and has numerous publications, ranging from articles in journals, book chapters and specialized communications.
