María Teresa Díaz Díaz-Chirón is a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine who, given her interest in studying the area of animal nutrition, decided to develop her professional career in the world of research. Her excellent skills were her guarantee to access to relevant positions such as researcher or senior scientist at the National Institute of Agricultural and Food Research and Technology.  

This activity is reflected in the academic field, since she has authored more than 40 articles on animal nutrition published in scientific journals, as well as collaborating in more than 70 communications for national and international congresses.
