General Terms and Conditions
Except where required by the context, the following definitions shall have the same meaning as indicated below for any purpose. The definitions are equally applicable whether they are mentioned in the singular or in the plural.
- Virtual Campus:Tech's training platform available to students through the University's website.
- General Conditions: refers to these General Terms and Conditions.
- Confirmation Email: email sent to the Student acknowledging receipt and confirming enrollment in the corresponding course.
- Student: refers to any person who contracts any of Tech's services, i.e., completes the process of Online Enrollment or Telephone Enrollment in any of the courses offered by the University, from the moment he/she receives the Confirmation Email.
- Studies: refers to all the courses and teaching, research and study programs offered by Tech on its website.
- Telephone Enrollment: refers to the process of contracting Tech's services (Studies) by telephone.
- Online Enrollment: refers to the process of contracting the services (Studies) through Tech Mexico Technology Website’s own website.
- Notification of Withdrawal: refers to the unequivocal statement submitted by a Student who wishes to exercise his or her right of withdrawal.
Service contract of "Online Sale" of the following study programs of courses, diplomas, degrees, specialties, specialties, master's degrees and others that are offered online, which are described and specified in this same web page and others that are offered online, which are described and specified in this website, entered into by the company called Aula Digital México, S. de R.L. de C.V., hereinafter referred to as TECH, a Mexican company that through this digital platform (website www.techtitute.com) and the pages, subpages, windows and promotions displayed thereon pertaining to such website (the Site) and with RFC ADM151209QS3 which are offered or provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
It is fully understood that by simply registering as a user and/or student (hereinafter the Student) on our site, after reading and accepting this contract of adhesion, you accept the following Terms and Conditions and expressing your acceptance in accordance with the provisions of Articles 1803 of the Federal Civil Code (express or implied consent) and 93 of the Commercial Code (contracts, this assumption, written form, shall be deemed fulfilled in the case of Data Message); in such virtue we request you to read this document carefully before your acceptance and use of the present Site, this in reason that you will NOT be able to accede to the registry of your data without the reading and acceptance of the present contract (It is perfectly understood by the Student that the simple entrance or use of the Site is an express acceptance to the present terms and conditions).
The Student ratifies its agreement that the present agreement regulates the legal relationship with TECH for the use, through the correct filling of the affiliation registration through the present Site that will allow him/her to carry out the acquisition of the courses, diplomas, bachelor's degrees, specialties, master's degrees and others that are offered online according to its objectives, if the Student does not agree with the terms and conditions established herein, he/she will not be able to access the registration and subsequent use of the platform.
The Student agrees that access to the Site through his/her account constitutes an electronic signature and that any data message or communication made through his/her account shall be attributable to him/her.
Since it will NOT be possible to access the registration of your data without reading and accepting this contract, the Student declares to have read and understood it, as well as that TECH reserves the right to modify at any time the list of courses, diplomas, degrees, specialties, master's degrees and others that are offered, through publication on the same Site of such modifications, being the responsibility and obligation of the Student to review them. The Student understands that the use of the Site after the publication of the modifications and/or additions to the present site will be understood as his/her acceptance of them. It is understood that courses, diplomas, bachelor's degrees, specialties, master's degrees and other courses offered that are paid for prior to any change will be honored as they were accepted.
Therefore, you may enter the Site freely with the exception that, in order to access the purchase of courses, diplomas, degrees, specialties, master's degrees and others that are offered online, you must first complete the registration questionnaire and express your acceptance of these terms, conditions and the Privacy Notice.
Following the Registration procedure, the Student declares that the above information is true and authorizes TECH to verify the veracity of the same directly or through third parties. Likewise, the Student hereby empowers and authorizes TECH to use his/her personal data for the purposes of this contract and the purposes indicated in TECH's Privacy Notice, which he/she declares to know and agree to. The Student shall be solely responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of his or her password, which he or she may change at any time on this Site.
Any change or modification to the data provided by the Student, will be the obligation and responsibility of the latter, to make the corresponding modification prior to a new purchase.
Finally, you must accept these terms and conditions for your registration as a Student and your access to the Site.
When registering, the Student must check the box in which he/she authorizes or rejects the present General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy for the use of his/her personal data.

These General Conditions are subject to modification, with those in force at the time of enrollment in any of the Studies offered by TECH through the line Enrollment or Telephone Enrollment process being applicable. These General Conditions will remain freely available on TECH’s Website and will be provided to Students enrolling in any of the Studies offered by TECH, together with the confirmation of the signed contract within a reasonable period of time after completing the Online Enrollment or Telephone Enrollment process, always before the start of the corresponding Study.
TECH may at any time and without prior notice, modify these General Conditions by publishing such modifications on its Website or by sending any type of communication to the Students. This modification will not affect the Studies whose Online or Telephone Enrollment process took place previously.
These General Conditions shall remain in force until such time as the Student terminates the Study for any of the reasons stipulated in these General Conditions, regardless of any clauses that by their nature subsist at the end of the contractual relationship between the parties.
The purpose of the Website is to facilitate the general public's knowledge of the activities and services provided by TECH, making detailed information on the Studies offered available to the Students.
Course descriptions (including content, price and duration) can be consulted on the website, in the "studies" section, or by requesting more information through the channels indicated on the website. In this regard, the Students declare to know and accept the price, duration, characteristics of the program and the conditions of contracting the teaching services of the Study in which they decide to enroll prior to completing the enrollment process.
All courses offered by Tech will be taken in digital format through the platform that Tech will make available in the Virtual Campus, and can be taken from any country in the world.
TECH reserves the right not to offer degrees that do not reach a minimum number of enrolled Students that makes it possible to teach properly, in which case the Student may opt for a full refund of the amounts paid, to keep the registration until the next call or to formalization their enrollment in another academic program (paying the Student the difference that may exist between the two programs). The notification, which will be sent as soon as the circumstances make it possible, of not starting the program because of it being impossible due to the minimum number of students required to form a group not being reached, will not entitle the Student to any claim for compensation and/or damages in addition to the reimbursement of the amounts paid.
- Online Enrollment
In order to enjoy any of the Studies offered by TECH, the Student must follow the Online Enrollment procedure, which includes completing all the fields marked as required (*) in the form, indicating the method of payment and, finally, clicking on "Formalize Enrollment". To do so, the Student must confirm that he/she has read and accepts both these General Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Then, the Student will be redirected to the payment process corresponding to the selected payment method, which may be the payment gateway in case of selecting payment by credit card or the bank detail collection form in case of choosing to pay from their bank account. Once the payment has been made correctly, the page will inform you that the registration has been successfully completed.
The contract between TECH and the Student is completed from the moment the Student completes the Online Enrollment process, understood as completing the enrollment process and providing all the requested data, together with the ticking of the box relating to accepting these General Conditions, which is understood as a direct manifestation of having read them and the unequivocal will of the Student to accept them.
After this, TECH will send to the email address provided by the Student, within a reasonable period of time after completing the Online Enrollment process, an email acknowledging receipt and confirmation of enrollment in the corresponding Study. ("Confirmation Email").
Subsequently, the Student will receive an email with his or her access codes to the Virtual Campus, Tech's platform through which the contracted service will be provided. Detailed information on the registration process and the use of the Campus can be found in the "Virtual Campus" section of these General Conditions.
The data entered by the Student in the the line Online Enrollment process will be subsequently confirmed by the Student in the Virtual Campus. Students may also modify their data, including the password to access the Virtual Campus, at any time on the Virtual Campus.
Data provided by Students must be accurate, current and truthful at all times. Under no circumstances will TECH be responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the Students, so each one of them is responsible for the possible consequences, errors and failures that may subsequently arise from the lack of accuracy, veracity and timeliness of the data. TECH shall not be liable in the event that the contracted service cannot be provided as a result of an error in the data provided by the Student.
- Telephone Enrollment
TECH offers students the possibility of enrolling in any of its studies by telephone, assisted by an agent or salesperson.
During the call, TECH's agent or salesperson will ask the Student for the necessary information to proceed with the enrollment of the Student in the corresponding Study, as well as information about the method of payment. Once the process of registering the Student's data in TECH's internal systems has been completed by the agent or salesperson, the Student will receive all the information about the corresponding Study by email. This email will include a link to provide the payment details and confirm enrollment
At the Student’s discretion, the phone call, and therefore the assistance on behalf of the TECH agent or salesperson, may end at this time or continue until the end of the enrollment process.
The Student must access the link provided, insert the payment data in the payment gateway if he or she chose to pay by credit card or in the bank detail collecting form if they chose to pay from their bank account, and then click “Formalize Enrollment”. To do so, the Student must confirm that he/she has read and accepts both these General Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Once you have received the information about the Study and entered the payment details and accepted the legal texts, the page will inform you that the registration has been successfully completed.
Likewise, the Student has the possibility to provide the payment information by telephone prior to its confirmation by electronic means. In this case, the Student will receive by email all the information about the corresponding Study and a link to review the payment data and confirm the enrollment.
The contract between TECH and the Student becomes effective from the moment the Student completes the Telephone Enrollment process, which will take place after confirming the enrollment and ticking the box related to accepting these General Conditions, through the link present in the previous email.
After this, TECH will send to the email address provided by the Student, within a reasonable period of time after the Telephone Enrollment process has been completed, an email acknowledging receipt and confirmation of enrollment in the corresponding Study. ("Confirmation Email").
Subsequently, the Student will receive an email with his or her access codes to the Virtual Campus, Tech's platform through which the contracted service will be provided. Detailed information on the registration process and the use of the Campus can be found in the "Virtual Campus" section of these General Conditions.
The data indicated by the Student in Telephone Enrollment process will be subsequently confirmed by the Student in the Virtual Campus. Students may also modify their data, including the password to access the Virtual Campus, at any time on the Virtual Campus.
Data provided by Students must be accurate, current and truthful at all times. Under no circumstances will TECH be responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the Students, so each one of them is responsible for the possible consequences, errors and failures that may subsequently arise from the lack of accuracy, veracity and timeliness of the data. Tech shall not be liable in the event that the contracted service cannot be provided as a result of an error in the data provided by the Student.
- Virtual Campus
- Registration process
In order to enjoy the contracted service, that is, to take the Study, the Student must access the Virtual Campus available in the "campus access" section of the Website and register using the credentials provided by email.
Registration in the Virtual Campus will be completely free of charge, except for the cost of the Study and the cost related to the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the Student.
Once the registration is completed, the Student must confirm the personal data (identification and contact) provided in the Online Registration form or during the Telephone Registration process and, if necessary, may modify those he/she considers appropriate.
Use of the Virtual Campus and, therefore, access to the training material and content (books, videos, diagrams, images, etc.) available to the Students, is personal and non-transferable and, therefore, access by third parties or making it available to them is forbidden.
The Student undertakes that the password chosen during this registration process on the Platform will be personal and non-transferable, and may not be transferred, even temporarily, to third parties. In this sense, the Student agrees to make diligent use and to keep the password used to access the Virtual Campus secret. In the event that the Student knows or suspects that his or her password has been lost, stolen or used by a third party, he or she should notify TECH as soon as possible. Each Student shall be liable for any damages caused to themselves, TECH and/or any third party due to the use of the Virtual Campus by any third party using the Student's password as a result of improper or negligent use or loss of the password by the Student.
In any case, any operations carried out prior to such communication shall be deemed to have been carried out by the Student, who shall be liable for any damages arising from any unauthorized access and/or use made prior to such communication.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tech will endeavor to inform the Student of any behavior that suggests fraud so that the Student may promptly verify the existence of any misappropriation or misuse of his or her account.
- Access and use requirements.
Registration and use of the Virtual Campus will be limited exclusively to Students over 18 years of age, with full legal capacity and who have a computer (PC or Macintosh), Tablet or smartphone, Internet connection and an email account.
All the resources of the Virtual Campus are integrated and can be accessed through an Internet browser. Therefore, it will not be necessary to install any additional software in the device used by the Student.
The Student will be able to use the Virtual Campus and access the training materials and contents during the term or duration of the Study in which he/she has enrolled.
The following options are available to students in order to be able to study the program in its entirety:
- Flash: Installing Flash Player 10 or later (http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash), in any of the following internet browsers:
- Windows: Internet Explorer 6 and later, Firefox 1.x and later, Google Chrome, Opera 9.5 and later.
- Mac: Safari 3 and later, Firefox 1.x and later, Google Chrome.
- Linux: Firefox 1.x and later
- HTML5: Installing any of these browsers:
- Google Chrome 14 or later on Windows o Mac.
- Safari 5.1 or later on Mac.
- Mobile Safari sobre Apple iOS 5.0 or later on iPad/iPhone.
- Apple iOS: Articulate Mobile Player; Apple iOS 5.0 or later on iPad. Any browser with built-in flash such as Puffin Browser will also work.
Tech does not guarantee the perfect functioning of the Virtual Campus with other operating systems, devices or browsers.
- Formalizing the relationship between Tech and the Student
The contract between Tech and the Student is completed from the moment the Student finishes the Online Enrollment or Telephone Enrollment process, regardless of the Student's access to the Virtual Campus. The Student is solely responsible for accessing the Virtual Campus and taking the Study in which he/she has enrolled.
Both the Online Enrollment procedure and the subsequent registration in the Virtual Campus will be processed and formalized, at the Student's choice, in any of the languages in which these General Conditions are available on the Website.
All prices of the Studies shown on the Website are final prices, expressly including all applicable taxes and fees. Said prices will be shown in the local currency. In the event that the final price changes due to increases or discounts that may be applicable, expenses charged to the Student and/or additional expenses for accessory products and/or services, means of payment, etc., the Student will be informed during the Online Enrollment and Telephone Enrollment process in a detailed manner and prior to the time of payment.
Prices are subject to change at any time up to the formalization of the registration. In this way, possible changes in the price will not affect the contracting process with respect to the Students who have already received the Confirmation Mail.
In the Online Enrollment and Telephone Enrollment process, the Student must select the mode and method of payment from the available options. The available payment methods are direct debit, credit card payment for Mexico or in exceptional cases, payment via PayPal. When paying by credit card, the Student may choose to pay in cash or in installments, through PayPal or current account, only cash payment will be accepted.
- Bank Card: those indicated in the payment gateway. If the payment method is by credit card, by clicking "Pay" the Student is confirming that he/she is the cardholder or the owner of the account. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity. In the event that the registration fee has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such an event, TECH will make every effort to ensure that the appropriate debit and re-credit entries are made to TECH's and the cardholder's accounts as soon as possible.
However, if the payment had actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for refund was not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal, the cardholder shall be liable to TECH for compensation for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
Each of the Studies has a defined term of completion or duration (hereinafter, "Term"), established in the course description.
By enrolling, the Student expressly accepts the Term indicated and acknowledges that he/she is informed of the start and end date. From the beginning of the Term and throughout the duration of the course, the enrolled Students will have access, through the Virtual Campus, to all the contents and training materials of the course in digital format according to the schedule established in the Virtual Campus.
When the Term ends, the relationship between the Student and TECH shall be deemed terminated. If the Student does not finish the course within the established Term, he/she will not have the right to continue his/her Studies.
Once the Student has passed all the modules that make up the Study (bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree) in which he/she has enrolled and, if applicable, passed the degree requirements, the Student will obtain a full certificate of studies that mentions the subjects taken and the grades obtained, as well as the bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctoral degree duly stamped and validated. Likewise, in case of studying in Mexico, and if necessary, the legalization and/or apostille of the documents issued by the SEP will be arranged.
The reports are generated on a monthly basis. With this issuance of reports, students who have passed all the modules will receive their degree by e-mail within two and a half to three months, without the need to pay any fee.
The Student may request a duplicate of the diploma at any time, paying the corresponding fees.
In order to consider that the student has PASSED, it is necessary that the average grade of the program he/she is studying has been higher than 6 points out of 10 and that he/she has visualized 100% of the pedagogical materials of the program.
- Students must meet the access requirements for programs with Recognition of Official Validity of Studies (RVOE).
- Each exam has two attempts. The system will keep the highest grade of the two.
- Doctoral students must complete a thesis or final research paper as a prerequisite to graduate. For bachelor's and master's degrees it is only necessary to accredit all the modules that make up the program, and in the case of bachelor's degrees, to have completed the Social Service in the terms established in each case.
- Time and manner
The Student has a maximum period of three (3) calendar days from the receipt of the enrollment Confirmation Email to exercise his/her right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Student must contact TECH at the following address informacion@techtitute.com, notifying their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement ("Notification of Withdrawal"). For this purpose, you may use the model withdrawal form attached as an Annex to these General Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
- Consquences of a Withdrawal
Upon receipt of a timely Notice of Withdrawal, TECH will acknowledge receipt of the Notice of Withdrawal to the Student in writing and thereafter, an agent of TECH will contact the Student to ascertain the reason for the withdrawal and confirm its decision.
In case of confirmation of the withdrawal decision, TECH will refund to the Student all payments received without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than three (3) calendar days from the date on which it notifies the withdrawal decision.
In this regard, the refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the Student for the initial transaction, unless the Student indicates otherwise, expressly detailing the means of payment through which he/she wishes the refund to be made. TECH will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund.
After the first three (3) calendar days, at any time the student who has accessed the virtual campus, making use of their training, may withdraw from it by paying the totality of the subjects to which they have enrolled in the corresponding period.
Comments and suggestions are welcome. For these purposes, Students may use the contact methods indicated in the first section of these General Conditions.
TECH also has official complaint forms available to Students as an Annex to these General Conditions.
You may also send your complaints and claims through our contact methods or by email, which will be dealt with by our customer service department as soon as possible and, in any case, within the legally established time limit. Likewise, they will be registered with an identification code that we will provide you and will allow you to follow up on them.
If the Student considers that his/her rights have been violated, he/she can direct his/her complaints to TECH via email in order to request an extrajudicial solution of controversies.

The Student acknowledges and accepts that the enrollment process and, if applicable, subsequent access and use of the Virtual Campus, takes place freely and consciously, under his/her sole responsibility. The Student agrees to make proper and lawful use of the Virtual Campus in accordance with applicable law and these General Conditions. As a result, the Student declares that he/she will hold TECH harmless and assumes all liability arising from breaches of applicable law and/or these General Conditions and, in particular, from any damage caused to TECH or third parties as a consequence of his/her actions.
The Student shall refrain from (i) making unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Virtual Campus; (ii) accessing or attempting to access restricted resources of the Virtual Campus; (iii) using the Virtual Campus for purposes or effects that are illicit, illegal, contrary to the provisions of these General Conditions, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable or overload or impede the normal use or enjoyment of the Virtual Campus; (iv) cause damage to the Virtual Campus, other users or third parties; (v) introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause damage to the systems of TECH, its suppliers, other users or third parties, (vi) attempt to access, use and/or manipulate the data of TECH, third party suppliers and/or other Students; (vii) reproduce, copy, distribute, transform or modify the Contents, allow access to third parties through any form of public communication, unless authorized by the owner of the corresponding rights or it is legally permitted; (viii) obtain or attempt to obtain the contents available on the Virtual Campus using means or procedures other than those, as appropriate, have been made available for this purpose by TECH; (ix) Refrain from providing any material or content subject to copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual and industrial property rights of which it does not have sufficient legitimacy for its use both by him or herself and by the other Students, and that such use does not violate any legal provision, contract, right or property of third parties, or in any way constitute unfair competition. Consequently, it shall be understood that the Student that includes the referred material or content has the necessary legitimacy. TECH bring to the attention of the authorities any illegitimate use of the Virtual Campus as soon as it becomes aware of the fact. Likewise, the Student is responsible for ensuring that the data, comments, opinions, recommendations and/or evaluations, or texts of any kind sent to TECH through the Virtual Campus do not infringe the rights of third parties or violate the applicable legislation. TECH reserves the right to edit, reject or delete the aforementioned data, comments, opinions, recommendations, evaluations and texts of any kind.
The Student may only access the Virtual Campus through authorized means. TECH shall not be liable in the event that the Student does not have access to the Internet, does not have a compatible device or has downloaded an incompatible browser version.
In case of breach by the Student of these General Conditions, or even upon mere suspicion, or in case of illegal or illicit use of the Virtual Campus, TECH reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, the access, navigation, use, hosting and/or downloading of the content and/or use of the Virtual Campus, with or without prior notice, without the possibility for the Student to claim any compensation for this cause, as well as to take any legal action it deems appropriate to protect its rights.
Except for liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited as a result of applicable law, Tech shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for claims made by Students based on any of the following circumstances:
- Incorrect use of the Portal: Tech has created its Virtual Campus to provide its services, which includes making training content available to students, a communication channel with professors, an evaluation process, a notification system, and other resources and functionalities necessary for the effective completion of the course of study. However, Tech cannot control the use of the Virtual Campus other than as provided in these General Conditions; therefore, access to the Virtual Campus and its correct use are the responsibility of the person performing these actions, and Tech is not responsible for any incorrect, illicit or negligent use that the Student may make.
- Technological issues: TECH shall not be liable for damages of any nature arising from Internet access problems, technological problems beyond Tech's diligent and reasonable management; damages caused by the lack of resolution of the devices used by the Student, browser-related problems or others of this nature; and damages caused by the Student or by errors in the information provided by the Student.
- Use of the contents: Tech provides all the contents of the Virtual Campus, under certain conditions, and in good faith, and will make its best efforts to keep them permanently updated and current; however, Tech cannot take any responsibility for the use or access made by the Students outside the scope for which they are provided, whose ultimate responsibility will correspond to the Student. Likewise, Tech will not be able to control the contents that have not been prepared by it or by third parties on its behalf and, therefore, will not be liable in any case for damages, contents and technical unavailability that may be caused by such third parties.
- Virus: TECH is committed to implement all necessary measures to try to guarantee Students the absence of viruses, worms, Trojan horses and similar elements in its Virtual Campus. However, these measures are not infallible and, therefore, Tech cannot fully ensure the absence of such harmful elements. Consequently, TECH shall not be liable for any damages that these may cause to the user.
- Technological failures: TECH has completed all necessary contracts for the continuity of the Virtual Campus and will make its best efforts to ensure that it does not suffer interruptions, but cannot guarantee the absence of technological failures, nor the permanent availability of the Virtual Campus and the different functionalities included in it and, consequently, assumes no liability for damages that may be generated by the lack of availability and access failures caused by disconnections, breakdowns, overloads or network outages not attributable to TECH
- Information exchange: the Virtual Campus may contain certain areas designed for different Students to share their experiences and to encourage the exchange of information. However, Tech only acts in these forums as a meeting place and does not control the statements made therein, and therefore assumes no responsibility for the veracity or relevance of the statements made therein by the Students.
- Tech also provides all the means at its disposal to carry out the purchase process, payment and provision to ensure the contracted service. However, it declines liability for causes that are not attributable to Tech, such as situations of force majeure or technical failures that prevent normal operation of the service through the Internet, lack of availability of the Web Page or the Virtual Campus for maintenance or other reasons, and damage or harm caused, to itself or to a third party, by any person who violates the conditions, rules and instructions established by TECH or through the violation of security systems.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, TECH declares that it has adopted all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to ensure the proper functioning of the Web Page and the Virtual Campus and to minimize system errors, both from a technical point of view and in terms of published content.
Through the "Supplementary Materials" section of the Virtual Campus, TECH provides students with access to additional content and information related to the Study being taken, including links to web pages considered of interest to students. The purpose of these links is solely to facilitate the search for resources that may be of interest to Students over the Internet. In this regard, the Student acknowledges that he/she assumes responsibility and relieves Tech of responsibility for any communication that he/she provides personally or on his/her behalf, without restriction to the accuracy, legality, originality and ownership of the same.

- Force Majeure
TECH shall not be liable in the event of unavailability of the service and/or operation of the Virtual Campus when this is caused by force majeure. "Force Majeure" shall mean all circumstances that cause Tech to be temporarily or permanently unable to perform its obligations, such as, for example, governmental action, strikes, earthquakes, fires, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, and all circumstances of a similar nature, which prevent Tech from reasonably requiring Tech to fulfill its obligations to Student.
- Notifications
TECH may make appropriate notifications related to the Virtual Campus or these General Conditions through the Website itself, the Virtual Campus, as well as through the email address provided by the Student. The Student, in turn, may send notices to TECH at informacion@techtitute.com.
- Assignment
Students may not assign, transfer or subrogate to third parties, or subcontract the rights and obligations under these General Conditions, without Tech's prior written consent.
For its part, TECH may transfer, assign, encumber, subcontract or otherwise transfer all or any of its rights or obligations under these General Conditions at any time during their validity. To avoid any doubt, such transfers, conveyances, assignments, encumbrances or other transfers shall not affect the rights which, the Student, as a consumer, has recognized by law, nor shall they annul, reduce or otherwise limit any warranties, whether express or implied, which may have been given.
- Waiver
The waiver or failure by either party to exercise in any respect any right or provision of these General Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of the applicable right or provision.
- Partial nullity
If any of the sections of these General Conditions were declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining sections shall remain in force, without being affected by such declaration of nullity.
- Complete Agreement
These General Conditions and any document expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between the Student and TECH relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any prior covenant, agreement or promise agreed between the parties orally or in writing.
The parties acknowledge that they have agreed to enter into a contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party or which could be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations entered into by the two prior thereto, except as expressly referred to in these General Conditions.
Neither party shall have any recourse against any untrue statement made by the other party, oral or written, prior to the date of acceptance of these General Conditions, and the only recourse available to the other party shall be as a result of breaching these General Conditions.
- Applicable law and jurisdiction
Unless otherwise stipulated by law, the relationship between the User and TECH shall be governed by current Mexican legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Mexico City. Likewise, the User may resort to the Federal Consumer Protection Law and/or to the Arbitration resolution system to which TECH is previously submitted, in accordance with the information available on the Website www.techtitute.com.
- In accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, its Regulations and other applicable regulations, the Student, in order to exercise his/her ARCO Rights, should consult the Privacy Notice available on this page, by "clicking" on the "Privacy Notice" icon. In accordance with the legislation on Personal Data, only the owner of the data or their legal representative, with prior accreditation, may exercise their ARCO Rights.
