Experience

With an extensive career as an Industrial Engineer, Manuel Ortiz Gómez has developed an outstanding work in the Water Treatment Department of Facsa Ciclo Integral del Agua, a company where he has also worked as a Technician in the Department of Studies and Projects and as Deputy Head of Operations.

In this company, Manuel Ortiz Gómez has been part of the team that developed the HYK-LNR demonstration prototype of Hydrokemós SL, which converts the nitrates and ammonium present in reverse osmosis reject water into environmentally friendly nitrogen. Previously, this engineer worked as Head of the Maintenance Department of Tagus.  

He is also specialized in Innovation and Business Management by the Valencian Institute of Technology and is the author of several papers and presentations at conferences of the Spanish Association of Desalination and Reuse and the Spanish Association of Water Supply and Sanitation.
