Jaime Antonio Acosta Gómez is a community pharmacist with more than 20 years of experience. During this time, he has represented the interests of Community Pharmacy both in Spain and internationally at different levels. In fact, he has served as co-chair of the International Pharmaceutical Federation's Technology Forum, which has established itself as a new platform for exploring global initiatives in technology and pharmacists' participation. 

He has also served as owner and manager of Farmacia Acosta, as well as auditor of the Mediterranean Pharmaceutical Brotherhood and member of the Executive Committee of the Community Pharmacy Section of the International Pharmaceutical Federation and of the Official College of Pharmacists of Madrid.  

In this sense, his trajectory and skills in the sector have been recognized by the World Health Organization with the WHO-Armstrong Institute (Johns Hopkins Medicine) or the "Future Leaders" scholarship.
