Dr. Óscar Sans Capdevila is a Specialist in Sleep Medicine, holding the position of Coordinator of the Sleep Unit of the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu. He has also worked as Medical Director of this area at the AdSalutem Sleep Institute and as a Physician of the Neurophysiology Service of the Clinic of the Foundation Hospital de Nens de Barcelona, in the Sleep Disorders Unit. 

This Doctor has combined these tasks with a teaching career in different universities in Spain, being also an active member of prestigious associations in his field, such as the Spanish Sleep Society, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the International Pediatric Sleep Association or the European Sleep Research Society. 

He is also a reviewer for leading scientific journals, such as Journal of Neurology, Pediatrics, Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine, Sleep of Pediatric Neurology.
