Brunil Dalila Romero Mariño is a Systems Engineer, graduated in Venezuela, with a broad academic background and professional experience in the area, as well as a PhD in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Granada in Spain. She is an expert in Communications and Data Communication Networks, for which she now serves as Database Administrator of the OCREM Association in Granada. 

In addition, she has worked as a Consultant of Software Projects and Technological Architecture for different companies, thanks to her extensive knowledge in Formulation and Management of projects in the areas of Information and Communication Technologies, Analysis and Design of Information Systems, Software Engineering, Ontologies, Human-Machine Interaction and Accessibility.  

He has also excelled in the execution of management activities in the university environment and in the development of instructional material for online programs. In the same line, she has worked as a University Professor and is a Member evaluator of doctoral projects at the American University of Europe (UNADE).
