Experience

Carolina García Sabaté, Biochemist, is an expert in the study of organic acids present in urine to determine the absorption of nutrients or the elimination of environmental toxins by each human being. In addition, she masters the interpretation of the data obtained by analyzing the microbiome to detect its interaction with the brain, fertility or immunity of the person.

This knowledge has allowed her to participate as a speaker at various conferences and workshops of the International Congress of the Spanish Society of Nutrition and Orthomolecular Medicine.
